The 3rd World Food India (WFI) fair, organised by the Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MofPI), is set to take place from 19-22 September 2024 at the Pragati Maidan venue in New Delhi.
The WFI is one of India’s largest international agri-food / processed food events, with the two earlier editions having been held in 2017 and 2023. The latter edition saw wide participation by +1,000 international buyers, +80 countries, 28 Indian states, +50 global CEOs and +15,000 B2B and B2G meetings held.
The upcoming 2024 edition will include a large pavillion by the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA), which will also make travel sponsorship for international visitors available (in terms of boarding and lodging).

It may be noted that an India-Portugal Business Seminar was held in Lisbon on 19 April 2024 to promote the WFI fair and its relevance for both Portuguese exporters, importers and investors.
