Pedrosa & Irmãos, Lda is a company based in Leiria, Portugal, and its main business is the wood industry.

The coastal center zone of Portugal is known for being a region of exceptional quality of Maritime pine.
The company, with more than 40 years, has as main objective the valorization of this wood specie.
In the market of preserved wood poles we have been the main supplier of Portugal Telecom for decades and, occasionally, of EDP.

We have a network of clients in North Africa where we have been growing, in direct and indirect supplies. The preserved wood pole product was certified by obtaining the CE Marking certificate in the year 2014, the company was the first in Portugal that obtained this certification according to EN14299: 2010. In the sector of wood preservation, we have obtained the process approval by the prestigious FCBA France Institute.

In the year 2018 the revenue was 10 million euros.

We are pleased that the management of the company was awarded in the year 2015 by Banco BPI with the National Agricultural Award, which honors us a lot. In addition, we have the certification of forest management unit and chain of custody by the FSC.
