B+Y Foods is the umbrella brand behind the most distinctive and delicious pastries of the Portuguese cuisine.
In particular, B+Y Foods’ signature brand is Nata Pura; the streamlined, gourmet take on the famous Pastel de Nata: a custard and puff pastry delicacy that is over 300 years old and surging in popularity across the globe.
Our products are 100% clean label, real milk and eggs (pasteurized), no fructose syrup (real cane sugar), no GMOs, no hydrogenated fats, BRC Grade A, IFS and Halal certifications). We innovated with flavours (now with copycats as was to expect), and have just developed a worldwide technology of microwavable pastel de nata, available also in Combo ovens – Turbo Chef or Merry Chef.
